TRAVEL TIP
We went to Austin, TX, last week to celebrate my birthday weekend! It was fun & relaxing with my hubs even though I'm sure we sure did miss that baby bear....

I love #intermittentfasting because I don't have to worry about eating at the airport in the AM - just all the coffee & H20. But I do like to pack some snacks to have on hand throughout our trip to help fuel my body accordingly. Keeps me honest from getting some gummy bears as well.

Some of my favorite travel snacks include: Epic protein bars, Rx Bars nut butters, any type of cashew or almond (NOTE - I didn't buy these because of the calories listed - just because of their size!)
