5 Steps For Staying Motivated EVERYDAY


Inspiration, motivation, and accountability are all huge components for me, as a coach, to bring to each of my clients. But I wanted to share with you all 🖐🏼 BIG tips for continuing to stay motivated and committed each day.⁠⠀

1️⃣ Have a VISION⁠⠀
You know you want to make a change so it's time to commit! Envision where you want to be 6 weeks from now & go get her! I write my vision down so I can always go back to it!⁠⠀

2️⃣ Set Goals⁠⠀
I will do this with my clients next week, but start thinking about your specific goals for YOU. I used to lose sight of my goals, so I try & break them down into smaller goals so that I can see progress.⁠⠀

3️⃣ Track Your Progress⁠⠀
Progress over perfection friends 🙂 Enjoy the journey - you will learn & grow so much! But also track how far you've come so you can appreciate it!⁠⠀

4️⃣ No Victory is Too Small!⁠⠀
Celebrate them all. You deserve it!⁠⠀

5️⃣ Take👏🏼 That 👏🏼Action⁠⠀
You can read all the things in all the books & take all the notes but if you never IMPLEMENT - its all for naught. I've fallen victim to this, but now I am more aware.⁠⠀
