Strength Training = SCARIES....
Before I started my FASTer Way journey this was totally my mindset. I thought strength training = "bulking up." The exercises were super intimidating and the idea of someone correcting me at the gym was mortifying.
I thought I was eating the right food and that eventually all the cardio time I was putting in would pay off! ➡️ WRONG- the reality was, I was not eating enough food and ONLY doing cardio was definitely not the right approach.
All in all- it wasn't working! All of the food deprivation and hours logged on the treadmill got me nowhere.
These are all common mistakes women make - am I right?!
But someone once told me "you don't know what you don't know" which totally applies here!
Here's the REAL truth:
💪🏼Strength training = building lean calorie burning muscles
🏃🏽♀️So paired WITH cardio (which dips into stored fat) =💥TRANSFORMATION!
